Credit problems?

Can't Login or Book Slots?

Hi guys, I know some of you are having trouble with logging in or specifically booking slots. This is mainly because purchasing your membership with the union doesn't automatically update (for oldies) or create (for newbies) an account on this here website, one of the commitee members takes care of this, and we're only (just) human, so please bear with us.
That said, this should take us max 48 hours. If you have been waiting longer than this, please email Ian at irh03@ic.ac.uk, and we'll try and get things sorted.

Webmaster Wanted!

The jazz and rock society needs a webmaster. If you are interested in this position please email Aaron, aaron.oliver.taylor@gmail.com. You will need to have knowledge of jsp, and be dedicated to keeping the site up to date and adding a few things such as an events calendar.

New Forum

The Jazz and Rock society now has its own forum!!

to sign up for the forum, it's quick and easy.
The forum is the place to talk with other members about almost anything: kit, music, forming bands, last nights espisode of neighbours....
It can also be used as another channel for reaching committee members with any suggestions or problems you may have. We can best serve you if we know what you want!

Signing up

If you are new to Jazz and Rock here's some information about signing up:
1) The easiest way to join or renew your membership is using the union's website, www.imperialcollegeunion.org.
2) Once you have paid for membership we receive confirmation of this, and then we will sign you up as a member. We will endeavour to do this within 24 hours, but it could take longer, so please bear with us.
3) The union website and our booking system are seperate. Your college login does not work on this website. You will be emailed your username and password once we have signed you up.
4) If you run out of credit this can be purchased in the SAC. Also, if you lend a hand at jam nights or gig nights setting up or packing away you will receive some shiny bonus credit.
